BlackBerry 9300 Curve AWS 3G HSDPA Unlocked Cell Phone

Research In Motion (RIM) company expanded their BlackBerry lineup with the new 3G Blackberry Curve 9300 3G. Announced by Wind Mobile and Mobilicity from Canada, Curve 9300 3G entered the market as an intermediate range BlackBerry smartphone. This release has given more choices for first-time BlackBerry smartphone users to experience the joy of owning a user friendly unlocked 3G smartphone. 3G allows user to download files, apps, and browse with a much faster speed. The Blackberry 9300 Curve supports high speed 3G HSDPA and Quad-band GSM network, it can be used internationally.

Having similar appearance to the Blackberry 8520 Curve, the only difference in look is, Curve 9300 has attached an aluminium made side boarder around the body. Curve 9300 is introduced as simple-to-use, yet a full featured smartphone. It weights approximately 104g, with the dimension of 109 x 60 x 13.9 mm. The Curve 9300 inherited the BlackBerry Bold 2 9700's touch-sensitive optical trackpad with a full QWERTY keyboard. Curve 9300 also pre-installed with BBM (BlackBerry Messenger), an instant messenger app exclusively for BlackBerry users to stay connected with their friends, family and co-workers. Updated version of Wi-fi (802.11b/g/n), A-GPS, and BlackBerry Maps are pre-loaded in the phone as well. Moreover, the microSD / SDHC memory card slot has increased its capacity to a maximum 32GB saving storage.

Blackberry 9300 Curve 3G is equipped with a fix focus 2.0MP camera. It also has the function of video recording. It can also be used as a media player. Curve 9300 supports video formats such as MPEG4, and it also supports MP3, AAC, or even high quality FLAC audio files. It is no doubt a great starter smartphone for first time BlackBerry users to enjoy a multi-purposes handheld device. The screen of Curve 9300 3G is composed with a 2.4inches transmissive TFT LCD, with 320x240 pixel colour display. It can display over 65k colours. Curve 9300 uses BlackBerry OS 6.0, the most updated operating system as this phone was released. It has a Marvell PXA930 624 Mhz processor, with 256MB internal memory.
