What kind of payment methods do you accept?

PayPal is our main payment processor, and we also accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit card and other major credit cards via PayPal. PayPal allows our customers an extra layer of security and it allows payment options to include any credit card or direct account services that PayPal provides.

Please note: All orders must be received in full before your order will ship. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.

What is your payment policy?

For security reasons, we only ship to "Confirmed Address" provided by PayPal.

If you placed the order with an address that is not your billing address, PayPal will consider that is an "Unconfirmed Address". If this happened, we will cancel the order and refund the money.

However, if an order is paid by "Wire Transfer", we will be able to ship it to any address provided by customers.

How can I pay via wire transfer?

For wire transfer, please contact us at 1-888-839-5639 and obtain the wire info, and orders will ship out once the funds are cleared in the bank.
