We ship our products from Canada, there are no duties and customs involved only for Canadian customers

Do you ship to P.O. Box & APO addresses?
Our shipping carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Box & APO addresses?
Do you provide tracking number with shipping?
After you placed your order, you will receive an Order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier and tracking information.
What if my order is damaged through the shipping process?
As you are checking out after you have selected a product to purchase, there is an option for you to purchase shipping insurance. The shipping insurance will cost additional 1.5% of to your total purchase. and your purchase will be covered if the package is lost or damaged within the shipping process.
Does UPS or Canada Post require a signature upon delivery?
Our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package.
